The editors are credited on the spine and title page as Elizabeth R. Wollheim and Sheila E. Gilbert. As the editors are not stated on the front cover many sites list this publication under "Various", "Betsy Wollheim", "BetsyWolheim", "Betsy R. Wollheim", "Elizabeth Wollheim" and or without the second editor who, when credited, is often listed as "Sheila Gilbert." Part of the reason for "Betsy Wollheim" and "Sheila Gilbert" being listed as editors is that's how the introductions to this anthology are signed.Immediately before most of the stories is a one page preface written by one of the editors or the author that talks about the author's relationship with DAW (the company and/or the person) started and/or some other interesting thing about the author's relationship with DAW. The Sandman, the Tinman, and the BettyB - The title of this story is listed as "The Sandman, the Tinman, and the Betty B" in the table of contents and is shown using the spelling “BettyB” in the title at the head of the story and within the story itself.
