The copyright page states “First Banner Printing, September, 1967” and also “This Banner Edition is the first publication in any form of Night Walk.” The back cover states “A Banner Book, Never Before Published.” There is no number line or other indication on if this is a first or later printing. The cover artist is not credited and the signature is impossible to distinguish. Prior to verification the ISFDB record credited Frank Frazetta. I looked throughout the book for a credit and tried to see if signature could be interpreted as “Frazetta” and decided to leave this as “uncredited” for now.
