Ralph Milne Farley
From Author Wars - http://www.authorwars.com/authors/writers/ralph-milne-farley/
Notes:
U.S. Physicist, educated at Harvard (taking three degrees), who taught ballistics and engineering. Tuck claims "He served as a Wisconsin state senator," while Clute & Nicholls claims he served "as a Massachusetts state senator." With an education at Harvard, and a stint as a sports reporter for the Boston Daily Post, C&N seems more believable.
