  • The uncredited cover art was first revealed in a post dated 3 October 2022 ("Cover Reveal for the October 2022 Issue of Worlds of Possibility") on the publisher's site prior to the issue's publication. It was stated to have been inspired by Natalie Anai Nowo Lydick's story, "After 10pm". Possibly, it was the editor/publisher, Julia Rios, who created the image. The base image (with different lettering applied to it) was re-used to illustrate Lydick's story.
  • The featured artist for this issue is Cody Jimenez.
  • Most of the art and stories featured in the ebook version of this magazine were republished on the publisher's Web site, but only abstracts for the stories "The Chavrusa" and "Elephant Doctor" are provided online (as per the editor's "Introducing the October 2022 Issue of Worlds of Possibility".
  • The titles for the art by Ranskullclash and Eliseeva Elizaveta are taken from the stories they accompany but they may bear distinct titles of their own that were not mentioned in the webzine's abstracts for same.
  • For each story that has been republished textually in full on the webzine, there is also an audio narration provided. The narrators are Héctor González (for "Magic Lucha"), Julia Rios (for "After 10pm") and Kimberly Yvonne Steele (for "3am Eternal").
