PV1's printing is unpriced. Pan M Series issues were priced at 5/- in 1964 (from tikit.net). That site also shows a 1964 cover priced at 5/-. This would be a separate co-1st printing on ISFDB. See example 5/- cover here. Also from tikit.net: "Initial print runs were [...] with the proviso that at least half had to be sent to be sold abroad, hence the large number of books without a price on the cover." ToC on page 5. Title page for "Book One: The Days Before Tono-Bungay Was Invented" is unnumbered page 7. Chapter one starts on the first numbered page, 9. Novel finishes on unnumbered page 336. The interior art, in Chapter 3 "How We Made Tono-Bungay Hum", show sketches the main character's uncle made for advertising campaigns. They also appeared in volume 12 of the Atlantic Editions, published 1925 by T. Fisher Unwin (also by Charles Scribner's Sons). See images, from the Atlantic Edition, here: Health, Beauty and Strength, "Fog" poster, influenza epidemic. It's likely that the sketches were in the first 1909 editions. Gloss cover.
