The revised edition of Currey (2002) lists 3 dust-jacket states but cannot determine their precedence. However, as of January, 2013 Currey is offering a copy for sale with a stated second issue dust jacket described as having a printed price of "15s/Net", a statement of second impression and 6 book reviews on the front flap. This is the (C) jacket in Currey which also states that it was issued with a label of "18/-/NET" over the printed price. Neither the first verified copy nor the copy offered for sale by Currey have the label.
