No ISBN in the book. Data from the Library of Congress. The Library of Congress states that the first US edition appeared in 1964, but the copyright page of the first edition says "First American Edition 1963" and the copyright year of the interior art is 1963. We suspect that the publisher filed with the Library of Congress in 1963, but the book came out in 1964, a fairly common occurrence. Reginald1 has date as 1963.
