- Per Chalker/Owings, the remaining stock of the first printing of 1200 copies of this book was acquired by Julius Unger when Hadley folded. He subsequently printed new jackets which carried the "F. F. F." logo on the spine. This record is for those rejacketed copies. It is estimated that approximately 300 copies were issued with the new jacket.
- Earl Terry Kemp in The Anthem Series lists a second cover price of $2.50 and this may refer to the rejacketed copies.
