Notes: First Edition published by P. F. Volland, and bound in a yellow cloth spine over pictorial paper boards. The 1st issue did not have a dust jacket, it was released in a pictorial cover gift box that matched the books cover. A later Volland issue had a green cloth spine over pictorial boards, and I believe it was also issued in a box, but I am not positive. The earliest issue reprint by Donohue was released in a jacket similar to the original cover design. This title was listed in the Weekly Record section of Publishers Weekly of Sept. 30, 1922. which is a list of titles released that week. A Volland ad in the 9/23/22 issue of Publishers Weekly, page 956, lists this title as New for October. Price of $2.00 from Publisher's Weekly issue from November 4, 1922, page 105.
