(over) [the author's signature] (over) "This is copy" over a square box into which the copy number has been handwritten. The verified copy had a page-size sheet of onion skin inserted between the endpaper and the limitation sheet. It is unknown whether all copies had this paper.
- "Published in May 2014..." and "First PS Edition" stated on the copyright page. Pre-ordered copies were delivered in September 2014, due to production problems. Verified copy received 2014-09-20.
- "Cover Art Copyright © Jason Van Hollander 2014" and "Design & Layout by Michael Smith" stated on the copyright page.
