A text search for this book's title on Archive.org only found two mentions; a 2010 volume of Contemporary Authors which lists it in Pat Murphy's entry with a date of 2007, and Library Journal, September 1, 2007, which has an ISBN of 9781892391544 and a price of $14.95; it also says January so January 2008 seems to have been the original intended publication date.
