Paper covers, inferred
The series name (underscore above) is not found 2019-06-14 in newspapers, nor in other WorldCat records. It is a likely advertisement heading.
The column "Books & Bookmen", Manchester Guardian 1914-04-16 p4, observes in a "glance backward over the spring season":
"In the case of reprinted novels the striking feature is the accumulating mass of sevenpenny reprints. ... They have pretty well wiped out the sixpenny reprint in paper covers, and, if they continue to increase ..." and may well wipe out "some of the publishers who are putting them so abundantly upon the market."
That suggests -/7 hardcovers and -/6 paper covers, as current fashion and established norm in UK reprint series.
One 1913 advertisement by H&H implies 7-penny cloth and 6-penny paper issues from its own house. --"Some Fine New Books", The Bookman 1913-09 p279
