- Tuck doesn't list an SFBC edition of this title in the Author index, but does list it in the SFBC article in his Miscellaneous volume. Tuck lists it as "other" without a date. SFBC editor Andrew Wheeler's list for the rec.arts.sf.written newsgroup gives it as an alternate selection in December 1962.
- Gutter code of the first book club printing is unknown. It would be in the range of "D40" - "D45" if published in December 1962. Confirmed Gutter Codes on page 381 include "E4" (January 1963) and "E22" (May 1963).
