  • [Speculation/excuses] This is a reprint version by Doubleday. I have left the publisher with the SFBC in spite of the Ballantine ISBN and permission because of the book club number on the back cover. The cover image is the same as the book club editions, but the title font is different, suggesting something, although I know not what.
