PV1's copy was imported to the U.S. by Wehman Bros., with price-clipped dust cover front flap, & $9.95 stamped near the clip. No ISBN in this edition, which was purchased from an American bookshop in 1974.

    The only notice found 2020-05-26 in automated search of US newspapers is a review by Eric Forbes-Boyd, Christian Science Monitor 1966-11-16 p13 (Boston, quoting only the UK price), which concludes noting "this centennial edition is the 20th impression."
