  Thingmaker is a pseudonym.
  The first four issues are enlarged by 15% and the last one reduced by 10%.
  The first issue had 40 pages, the other four issues were continuously numbered; there are also 2 to 4 pages, sometimes Roman numeraled, at the beginning of each issue. Facsimile copies of the covers are also included, and 8 pages at the front.
  To keep pages in proper order, 2000 is added to the page numbers for issue 2, 3000 for issue 3, etc.
  There is a printing error in the original issue #2: pp.13-16 from "The Garden of Fear" were printed as pp.33-36 from "Synthetic", so the four pages from former story are missing.
