Lee), and modified before publication. The versions printed here are partially restored to the author's original version from his manuscripts.
The Integral Edition itself could only be purchased as a complete set of 44 books.
600 sets, most of which were the Reader's Edition similar to this book cost $1500 per set.
Of these, 200 were numbered and signed by Vance in the 44th volume. A small number of Deluxe, fully leather-bound sets with ribbon markers were produced at $3000.
