- Statement on the first page following the front endpaper: "This deluxe slipcased edition is limited to 374 numbered and 26 lettered copies of which this is number/letter____". Above the statement are the signatures of the ten contributors: Gardner Dozois, Michael Swanwick, Jack C. Haldeman II, Pat Cadigan, Tim Kirk, Jack Dann, Susan Casper, Michael Bishop, Vern Dufford, and Don Ivan Punchatz.
- Book is bound in tan cloth, with dustjacket, and slipcased in a box covered in identical cloth. The box has a small impression (app. 2"x3") of the dinosaur logo and the book's title. This same logo is on the front board of the book in red foil, and on a pre-title page in B&W.
- The frontispiece is printed on a slick plate which immediately follows the limitation page. The artwork on the verso of this plate.
