- There appear to have been multiple printings of this book, and we have seen three different covers: One that claims it's Midwood "No. 7" (which we believe to be the first printing, with this as an error); another cover identical except claiming it's "No. 70"; and a third cover that moves the Midwood logo to the upper left of the cover and refers to it as "F276". The first two covers both list the price as 35¢, the third cover is for a 50¢ edition, and has both different text and different fonts on the cover, while keeping the same artwork.
