    • Price and publication date from Amazon.com as of 2015-04-14.
    • "Kore" is presented as a Halloween "recollection", but according to the author in a 2014-12-30 post on his blog, this piece is: ... an autobiographically-inflected story masquerading as a Halloween memoir.... As I [wrote the holiday recollection], though, the story took on a life of its own, inspired by one young boy who found the experience of the Walk a little bit too much. Which is to say, only most of the events in the piece actually happened.
    • "Howling Through the Keyhole" is a series of afterwords in which each short story author describes the origin of their story.
    • "Additional Bios" are short biographies of the non-fiction authors.
    • There are photographic illustrations on pages 4, 24, 40, 76, 98, and 104. The artist is unidentified, and they illustrate nothing in this special issue. While not identified, they are probably by Mikio Murakami.
    • The page count includes both covers, but not the twenty pages of house ads and black pages located at the end of this issue.
