Notes: The cover credit for Nolan is on the copyright page and Christensen on the back cover. Nolan painted the Tor hardcover image that was then used on all Tor paperback printings. Some Tor pb printings have a different front cover that also has a die cutout where part of the Nolan painting is visible. The full painting can be viewed by opening the front cover. It's possible Christensen did the artwork that's on the outer cover and in later editions where Tor had only the Nolan painting on the front cover that they forgot to remove the Christensen credit. C$4.99 in Canada The copyright page appears to be identical to the first printing with a full number line and a stated printing date April 1988.
