Utley, Bishop, Di Filippo, Reisman, Malzberg, Slay, and Waldrop sign the first limitation page. Dellamonica, Silverberg, Emshwiller, Tuttle, Kessel, and VanderMeer sign the second page.
    • The book has a dustjacket and has identical artwork applied directly to the boards. It is contained in a velvet-lined, cloth-covered tray with a replica of the artwork applied to the front of the box. There is a ribbon pull-string for removing the book from the box and a ribbon place-holder in the book itself.
    • The cover art is credited on the copyright page and the back flap of the dustjacket.
