The two separate parts of this story were apparently amalgamated as 'Roswell Syndrome, Parts 1 & 2' in the webzine's archive for the Outta This World section and the story's own page, although the resulting story retains the heading 'Part 1'. The version appearing on the author's page drops the element 'Pasts 1 & 2', as well as the heading 'Part 1', but shows that the story had been published on two dates (May 28, 2021 & June 4, 2021). The essay (book review), 'A Story That Mutates', appeared in the End Notes section.
