In the Miscellaneous Section, he states that the SFBC offered the trade edition of this title, but he lists it as a separate edition in the Author Section of his encyclopedia. Verified pub has Book Club Edition on the inside front dustcover. There is a BCE with top edge stained red [PV3] and another [reprint?] without the top edge stained. Book club edition has red leatherette boards, first trade edition had gray cloth boards, second one had red cloth boards.
