Macmillan are acknowledged on the contents page here, whereas they hadn't been on the 1991, 1st printing. Unfortunately, changing the date from 1988 to 1991 was overlooked. Pan became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Macmillan in 1987. For cover identification purposes, note that there are two slightly different versions to accommodate the pb/tp size difference; the text is moved relative, most noticeably, to the star background.
