    • The copyright for the author photo on the inside of the back cover is 1996.
  • Priced for sale in Canada at C$8.99.
  • The cover art is not credited. The Rick Berry credit is from the Ace Books trade paperback edition which has "Cover illustration: Rick Berry" on the copyright page. It's possible the artwork is signed. There's something that looks like an east Asian signature seal stamp in the lower-right corner and just below that is what may be a copyright statement. Unfortunately, the print resolution is not fine enough to make out the details.
