- Stated 4th edition (4th printing), stated publication date of 1773. This seems to be in conflict with the stated publication of the 1st edition, also 1773, but we don't know which of these has the correct date. It may also be that the only library reporting the (apparent) 1st edition is actually reporting the same edition as shown here, which certainly appears to be the most common printing. (Although that one was reported as being in 4 volumes, while this one is in 2 volumes.)
