In many cases these 12 parts were bound into 2 or 3 volumes (e.g. in all of the WorldCat records below), but it is unclear whether this was done by the publisher themselves. Nevertheless, we have seen several copies of the 2-volume bound version, and they all have used the same decorative cover. That cover image is available here.
