However, no pages bear Roman numbers and it is not the 5th page of the book. Additionally, the second page of the introduction would be on the Arabic numbered page 1 were that page numbered. There is an additional plate between pages 68 and 69 in the first verified copy that is blank. It is unclear whether this is intentional or a printing error.
