Interior illustrations are not credited explicitly and all attributions are based on signatures, when available. The illustration for "Status Quo" may be signed by [Boris] Dolgov, but it's not certain. "Martian Guns" by Stanley D. Bell is a reprint ("by popular request") of a January 1932 story. Paul's illustration is confirmed to be a reprint of the 1932 interior illustration -- see http://www.frankwu.com/Paul-11.4.html for a scan of the 1932 cover (not reproduced in "Future Fiction") and the reproduced interior illustration. Note that Tuck lists April 1941 as the last Hornig issue; Lowndes was clearly the editor based on his comments throughout the issue.
