Ace released a HC edition in Oct 1989 and the PB edition mentioned in this ad was released Dec 1990. Following this is an ad for an uncut version of Heinlein's Stranger in a Strange Land which states "0-441-78838-6/$9.95 (Oct. 1991)(Large format-trade edition)". Thus it's likely this publication was published in 1991 but a 1992 printing is also possible.
