Notes: Limited edition of 500 copies signed by the poet and the illustrator. Stated as a first edition but is actually a second printing per The Science-Fantasy Publishers: A Bibliographic History 1923-1998 by Jack L. Chalker and Mark Owings. They go on to state that the true first edition was withdrawn by the publisher. Chalker/Owings is also the source for the date. The limitation page states 500 copies whereas that of the first printing states 750. The bulk of the first printing were destroyed and 500 is thought to be the total count across both printings.
