- Dust jacket is identical to the Vanguard Press cover, but with red background, and "Grosset & Dunlap" at the bottom of the spine, the back cover, and the back DJ flap. "Grosset & Dunlap" also occurs on the title page. The copyright page, however, says only "Copyright, 1929, by The Vanguard Press". That would imply that this is the second edition, with The Vanguard Press edition being the first.
- The only date within the book is the copyright page. It is the same page count as the Vanguard edition, so it is likely that they used the same plates for publication in the US, and thus likely that it was also a 1929 (or 1930) publication.
- WorldCat gives the date as "[©1929]".
