- The only date is © 1972; this printing includes the leading "0" to the SFBC # on the back cover, "01128", so it is certainly later than the Oct. 1984 SFBC edition. Because the "Book Club Edition" has been removed from the DJ flap, it also most likely later than the July 1985 SFBC printing. There is no gutter code in this book, as is included in the July 1985 printing; also an indication of a later printing.
