  • The uncredited decorative cover design is repeated on the back with the central monogram "B".
  • This cover is similar to that of the 1988 Easton Press edition of Something Wicked This Way Comes (including the decorative "B" monogram), so it's possible that leftover copies of a previous Bradbury series were offered to the subscribers of The Masterpieces of Science Fiction series.
  • Pages are gilt-edged and there is a gold satin bookmark bound into the book.
