• ©1957 No other statement of publication or printing. • Year from last Perry Rhodan book noted in the ads [#40, published Feb '74]. • Has to be printed late in '74 as that's the time-frame for the ads, month is arbitrary. • Cover by Davis Meltzer on the copyright page; the artwork is also signed. • There are two editions/printings with the same catalog #, the only differences are two ads in the back. • One has 51, 52, and 17C; the other has 15J, 16H and 17C. • Another difference is the change in the Ace logo from the square shape to the round one, which occurred in January 1973, but only on the cover and spine, the title page has the round logo on both editions. • This record has the first ad group noted and is earlier of the two [Locus1 dates the other as Oct '75]. • OCLC does not list this printing.
