- Notes: Published by Stuart's old friend George Locke after Stuart's death. Although the book has "Privately Printed" on the title page, the book is copyright by Ferret Fantasy and has Ferret Fantasy with address near the bottom of the copyright page. The copyright page has "This edition is limited to 50 numbered copies. This is copy number 4" and the 4 is hand numbered by George Locke. George has also added by hand to a list of his other publications, across from the title page, "By the Book World Remembered". A book George did as a tribute to Stuart. It was not available when I bought this book, and I never managed to buy a copy. In the Dedication George acknowledged Ed Fields (Stuart's cousin) and Don Snyder for preserving and forwarding his original typescript to be used as a template for this publication. George Locke also adds a 5 page introduction and some title page images, and one jacket image. I think George hated to see blank space in a book. The last 18 pages (on pink paper) is a catalog of Lost Race titles from Ferret Fantasy. Bound in a white paper wrapper with the title and author on the front cover. The book contains 1357 items in the Bibliography and the catalog has 263 items listed for sale. The Lost Race Bibliography that Stuart Teitler worked on but never published in his lifetime, edited and published and with an introduction by George Locke. The £45 price is what I paid George for the book in 2013, from an email to George, this apparently was listed in one of his catalogs.
