  The matter of 1930 copyright is unknown. There is no mention of revisions or corrections. Except for the title leaf, the interior appears to be identical to those of the Brentano's printings, and the title leaf matches the Brentano's in design. (HathiTrust holds several of them, including the 1st and 11th from originals at Harvard U and Cornell U.)
- The British publisher Constable & Co. had published a "Standard Edition" in 1931, which WorldCat library record {{OCLC|915693724}} reports "Revised and repr". The 1921 and 1931 Constable editions differ in both roman- and arabic-number page counts, however.
