    Vol. LXII, No. 6. Cover illustration for "The Pirates of Ersatz", as noted in "In Times to Come" from the January 1959 issue. "Some People Are Hard to Discourage ... " is not in table of contents. The review of Operation Springboard gives the author as John Ball, Jr. The reviews on pp. 139-140, plus those of The World of Carbon & Space Travel, are included in the initial section titled "The Juveniles". The review of the Judith Merril anthology (on p. 143) gives the title as SF: The Year's Greatest Science-Fiction and Fantasy, saying that it is for 1957-'58 & that it is the third such. The reviews on p. 149 are reprint notices with comments. The cover is credited (on table of contents page) to FREAS, but is signed "Kelly Freas". Two stories have artwork credited to FREAS; illustrations on pp. 25, 41, 116, 122, & 129 have Freas's KF-in-circle symbol, but p.8 is not visibly signed.
