  • The title "Tribute to Douglas Adams" for the item on page 42 is taken from the TOC. The page illustrates the editorial & includes a half-page artwork illustrating The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
  • The title "Megahlarg" for the artwork on page 78, illustrating Felicity Dowker's story "Celebrity Skin", is taken from from the "Acknowledgements" on page 104 (though it possibly should be "Mega Hlarg" going by the usage in the story).
  • The Simon Petrie item is "Dream (TM)" in the TOC, but "Dream™" in the title block above the story.
