Overview:
- Title: The Man Who Liked Dickens
- Author: Evelyn Waugh
- Year: 1933
- Type: Short Fiction
Notes:
First published in September of 1933, this is a somewhat macabre short story by the noted British satirist that was later incorporated almost word for word into his 1933 novel "A Handful of Dust". It is about an upper-class British artist who becomes lost in a South American jungle and is in no way a work of speculative fiction. It is included in the ISFDB only because it was once reprinted in an issue of Fantastic magazine.
