• Notes: Stated First iBooks, Inc. printing June 2002 / 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1. While the publication states the first printing is June 2002 there is a posibility that the book was published in 2005. The reasons for this are: ISFDB's record was dated 2005-09-09. Amazon dates the ISBN with "Reprint edition (October 25, 2005)." The tp edition has an ISBN-13 along with the ISBN-10. iBooks was not putting ISBN-13s on their publications in 2002. The iBooks paperback printing was first printed in June 2002 and it seems unlikely iBooks would issue simultaneous tp and pb editions. I got my tp copy in May-2007 and it was in brand new unread condition. Unfortunately, iBooks is out of business meaning I can't confirm this with them. The story ends on page 344 and is followed by an unnumbered page with "Notes and Acknowledgments", a blank page, and one more unnumbered page with an "About the Author."
