Contents page errors: "Mike Abbott" listed as "Make Abbott" for P27, "Helen Conner" listed as "Helen Connor" for p39. P26 and P27 listed the wrong way round. Other errors: p86 credited "Mirian" rather than "Miriam" and p32 states "the life OR a bored demi-god" - but given the rarity of these stories I'll leave these detailed in Notes.
