Notes:
Prior to World War II, Van Houten was most noted for his fanzine Van Houten Says.... After 1941 he became associated with the Science Fiction Times (1941-1965), which won a Hugo in 1957, and was nominated in 1959 and 1960. Science Fiction Times began as Fantasy Times, which won a Hugo in 1955.
