Phyllis MacLennan received her B.A. in journalism at Hunter College and an M.S. degree in education from Hofstra University. The mother of three teen-age children, Mrs. MacLennan list her occupation as tree farming and her hobbies skiing, riding, skin diving, and flying. In addition, she has been writing for most of her life and has published many stories and articles in various magazines. She says of herself that she never stays long in one place. At present, however, she's living in Delaware, New Jersey.
