Notes:
Owen mostly wrote fantasy stories set in China. He was a popular contributor to Weird Tales in the 20's and edited a number of anthologies, including one fantasy/mystery anthology. He also wrote verse, some of it as Hung Long Tom, the name of one of his recurring characters.
