Notes: According to the 1908 "Catalogue of the Pamphlets, Books, Newspapers, and Manuscripts relating to the Civil War, the Commonwealth, and Restoration, Collected by George Thomason, 1640-1661" (British Museum, 1908), this anonymously published pamphlet only said "Printed for Jonas Wright, and I. H.". Some catalogs speculate that "Jonas Wright" may have been a bookseller, but apparently it's just a guess. The identity of "I. H." is unknown. Henry Huth's 1911 "Catalogue of the Famous Library of Printed Books" (page 75) states that this pamphlet contains "4 leaves, half morocco [binding]".
